The owner acquired the property in 2016 with a clear vision: to replace the aging single-storey bungalow with two modern, architecturally distinct multiplexes that balance form, function, and lasting value.
About the project
Clad in a timeless palette of natural stone, warm wood accents, and sleek metal detailing, the homes exude a quiet sophistication. Flat roofs with deep overhangs lend a modernist silhouette while also providing passive solar protection and architectural depth.
Inside, the main floor embraces an open-concept layout designed for modern living. The rear portion of the home steps down into the kitchen, living, and dining areas — creating a dynamic spatial sequence enhanced by soaring 11'-6" ceilings and direct access to the backyard.
Upstairs, the second floor features generously sized bedrooms, including a spacious and light-filled primary suite with ample closet space and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. Every element of the design was conceived to maximize comfort, natural light, and efficient use of space.
