About the project
The exterior is defined by clean lines, flat and low-sloped roof forms, and bold massing that create a confident architectural presence without overpowering the scale of the surrounding homes. Deep overhangs and large expanses of glazing contribute to both passive shading and a strong connection to the outdoors.
Inside, the ground floor is anchored by an open-concept layout that maximizes natural light and visual access to the lushly landscaped rear yard. The spatial arrangement encourages fluid movement between the kitchen, dining, and living areas — ideal for both entertaining and everyday family living. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors further enhance the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.
The second floor is organized to provide comfort, privacy, and convenience. It includes three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a centrally located laundry room.
