Harbord

The Harbord Residences is an existing 2 storey apartment building located on Toronto's west side. The client has previously renovated the entire interior of the building, but felt that the exterior of the building needed a face lift. We proposed that all windows, doors and signage be painted in black, to compliment the existing orange brick. We also added new awnings, exterior lighting and storefront glazing. The addition of the enclosed patio will help animate the corner and provide a place for retail patrons to congregate on warm summer days. Bloom Architects was the architect for the renovation of this existing building.
